Poppies!!!

Poppies are popping up everywhere. I absolutely love these beautiful orange flowers. Their vibrant color always makes me smile when they pop up in the most unexpected places, like the side of the freeway. These pictures were of some in a field next to a park we went to this week.

Aren't they just lovely? I love how much they reflect the sunlight. It is almost as if they could illuminate a dark room with how much they glow from the sun.

Do I reflect Christ in such a brilliant way, like these poppies reflect the sun? That is a question I asked myself. Even their amazing beauty is reflective of the One who created them. Reflecting Christ in all I do and say without once saying the actual words, "I am a Christian."... I have so far to go.

Romans 1:19-20

since what can be known about God is evident among them, because God has shown it to them. From the creation of the world His invisible attributes, that is, His eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly seen, being understood through what He has made. As a result, people are without excuse.
