Tonight's Dessert

Once the kids are in bed this mommy sometimes enjoys a yummy treat while watching a movie. Tonight, a root beer float and Pride and Prejudice.



Of course one has to dress it up by putting it in a wine glass.

    A rootbeer float??
    Is that a softdrink (soda) with icecream in? If so we call them spiders here in Australia!

    Diane - I know I was thinking that too. But of course I used what I had. :)

    Ruby - Yes a root beer float is root beer with a scoop or two of ice cream in it. I love that you guys call them spiders. It cracks me up how the same thing can have so many different names around the world.
